Pernilla Soee is a certified personal trainer, life coach, podcast host, and content creator with a passion for helping others transform from the inside out. Her work blends fitness, mindset, and self leadership to help women build strength, confidence, and long term habits that align with their dream lives.
For the past decade, Pernilla has studied personal development, experimented with her own training and mindset strategies, and coached thousands of women through body and life transformations. She is the founder of the Challenge Your Norm movement and host of the Challenge Your Norm Podcast, where she empowers listeners to break through limiting beliefs and step fully into their potential.
Her mission is to help others create a life rooted in self trust, strength, joy, power, and deep fulfillment through small aligned actions, clear goals, and the courage to choose hard on purpose.
