My intention behind this program:  

During the last 5 months I've gained 4lbs of muscle and lost an equal amount of fat AKA.  maintained my weight while doing so (according to my Dexa Scans - this is documented and uploaded to my youtube Channel). I wanted to experiment with my body to see if it would be possible to build a ton of muscle through progressive overload + nutrition without going on a bulk. And well, I DID IT! And now I want to guide you through everything you will need to know in order for you to achieve YOUR fitness goals.

Can you do this program if do not have a gym membership?

Yes, even though this program will be best to do at a gym with heavy equipment, I do have a full section guiding you through how to progress and use this program to get stronger at home. It is highly recommended to have at least 2-3 pairs of dumbbells, 1 long band and 1 booty band to be able to perform all movements in this workout program at home.

Who is this program for?

This Program can be adjusted based on your current fitness level. 

I mayself, an advanced trainee use this program and so does my mom who is newer to this type of weight training. How to adjust the program to your current level is described in detail inside of the program.
